Our Range of Electrosurgical Electrodes

Our electrode range is built for distributors and OEM buyers, not one-off retail orders. Every product is available in bulk case-pack quantities, with private-label packaging available on request.

Active electrosurgical electrodes for precise cutting and coagulation during surgical procedures

Active Electrodes

Deliver precise cutting and coagulation during electrosurgical procedures with our high-quality active electrodes. Designed for accuracy, consistent energy transfer, and reliable performance across a wide range of surgical applications.

Dispersive electrosurgical electrodes for safe patient return current during surgical procedures

Dispersive Electrodes

Ensure patient safety with dispersive electrodes that efficiently return electrical current to the generator. Designed for secure skin contact, even current distribution, and dependable performance during electrosurgery.

Bipolar electrosurgical electrodes for precise coagulation and controlled energy delivery

Bipolar Electrodes

Achieve controlled coagulation with bipolar electrodes designed for precise energy delivery between paired tips. Ideal for delicate surgical procedures requiring enhanced accuracy and reduced thermal spread.

Monopolar electrosurgical electrodes for precise cutting and coagulation during surgical procedures

Monopolar Electrodes

Perform efficient cutting and coagulation with monopolar electrodes designed for precise energy delivery across a wide range of surgical procedures. Engineered for reliable performance, versatility, and consistent clinical results.

Disposable electrosurgical electrodes for precise cutting and coagulation in single-use surgical procedures

Disposable Electrosurgical Electrodes

Simplify infection control with sterile, single-use electrosurgical electrodes that provide consistent performance and eliminate the need for reprocessing. Ideal for hospitals, clinics, and outpatient procedures.

Reusable electrosurgical electrodes for precise cutting and coagulation in multiple surgical procedures

Reusable Electrosurgical Electrodes

Reduce long-term costs with durable, autoclavable electrosurgical electrodes manufactured from high-quality stainless steel. Designed for repeated sterilization while maintaining reliable cutting and coagulation performance.

Electrosurgical Electrode Tips & Types

Buyers looking for electrosurgical electrode tips usually need a specific shape for a specific type of surgery. All tips are made from heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant material. Each type is available as its own product, or bundled into a full procedure kit. Our tip range includes:

Needle tips

for fine, precise cutting

Blade tips

flat cutting edge for general and laparoscopic surgery

Ball tips

for surface coagulation with less tissue penetration (electrosurgical ball electrode)

Loop tips

for tissue removal and biopsy-type procedures

Spatula tips

broad, flat tip for coagulating larger tissue areas

Dispersive electrode pads for safe patient return current during electrosurgical procedures

Dispersive Electrode Pads

Our dispersive electrode pads (also called return pads, or electrosurgical neutral electrodes) are made to safely carry current back to the generator during monopolar procedures. Options include: - Split and non-split pad designs- Adult and pediatric sizes- Skin-safe conductive gel- Cable-attached and clip-style connections These pads are sold in bulk case quantities and are usually stocked alongside active electrodes and cables.

Disposable vs. Reusable Electrosurgical Electrodes

Most distributors stock both options to cover different customers. Disposable electrosurgical electrodes are individually packed, single-use, and sterilized.

Good for facilities that want fast turnover and strict infection control.

  • Reusable electrosurgical electrodes are made from stainless steel and can be sterilized and used repeatedly. Good for high-volume or cost-sensitive facilities.

We can also provide a simple comparison sheet showing cost-per-use and cycle life for both, so you can present both options to your customers.

Applications

Our electrosurgical electrodes are widely used in:

Electrosurgical electrodes using for general and laparoscopic surgery
General and Laparoscopic Surgery

Electrosurgical electrodes using for ENT & Microsurgery procedures
ENT & Microsurgery

Precise energy delivery for delicate tissues requiring enhanced surgical accuracy.

Electrosurgical electrodes using for neurosurgery & spinal surgery
Neurosurgery & Spinal Surgery

Controlled coagulation with fine-tip electrodes for sensitive neurological procedures.

Electrosurgical electrodes for gynecology procedure
Gynecology

Efficient cutting and hemostasis during routine and advanced gynecological surgeries.

Works With Standard Generators

Our electrodes — active, dispersive, and bipolar — are made to work with standard monopolar and bipolar electrosurgical generators, including the connector types used on generators from major brands such as Covidien and ConMed. This makes them an easy replacement or private-label option if you're already supplying accessories for those generators.

Disclaimer: Electro Bismed is an independent manufacturer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Covidien or ConMed. This is only about connector and generator compatibility.
